Geometry Topic:
A topic that i have enjoyed during this semester of Geometry would have to be finding the degree's of an angle in an odd shape. When i know what the sum of the angles in a triangle or a rectangle it really helps me out to figure out any other angle of an exterior angle ect. I enjoy this the most because it feels good to know what adds up to get the angle measure.
Problem Of The Week:
A problem of the week that i have found challanging would be the one where we had to figure out how a pencil can prove that the sum of a triangle is 180 degrees. I successfully solved this POW with the class. Some techniques that i used to figure it out was my knowledge of the triangle being 180 degrees and a circle being 360 degrees.
When i am able to understand a topic in math and am able to do the problems well, is when i see math as beautiful. It brings me such joy when do math correctly, i think its fun, kind of like a puzzle game that i have to figure out. Though, math is not always beautiful for me because i sometimes have troubles forgetting steps to problems which brings me to the wrong answer. What i find fun to explor is algebra, i took algebra last year and i found myself to really understand it.
